 Join us the 2nd Monday of every month for our monthly meetings held at the Charleston Gander Mountain in their Lodge room from 7-8 pm, bring your bow and make use of the indoor range afterwards.

Jan. 9 - Membership Meeting at Gander Mountain store, Charleston WV 7pm

Jan. 20-22 - West Virginia Hunting and Fishing Show, Charleston Civic Center, WV

Feb. 13th - Membership Meeting at Gander Mountain store, Charleston WV 7pm

Feb. 19 - Fairlawn Baptist Church in Parkersburg, set up @ 5:45 pm, preaching 6:30 pm.

Feb. 25 - WV Home Mission in Nitro. We will set up at Anne Bailey Grade School for a 1pm shoot and the preach around 3 pm.

Mar. 3 - North Hills Baptist Church in Sissonville… We will set up at 4:30pm for a 5:00pm shoot – dinner at 6:00pm and then preaching at 7pm

Mar. 9-11 - WV Bowhunters Assoc. Annual Banquet at Flatwoods WV. We will have a vendor table and we encourage everyone of our members to join us at least for the banquet. Let’s fill our table and then another one and let’s have a blast.

Mar. 12 - Membership Meeting at Gander Mountain store, Charleston WV 7pm

Mar. 24 - The National Archery in the Schools Program West Virginia State Shoot will be held at the Charleston Civic Center and we will go to assist the DNR as they put this on. Let us know that you want to help!

Apr. 9 - Membership Meeting at Gander Mountain store, Charleston WV 7pm

Apr. 15 - Gandeeville Community Church in Roane County. Set up at 4:15pm – shoot at 5pm and preach at 6pm

Apr. 28 - WV State University campus, Institute. Shooting from 10 am to 2 pm.

May 14 - Membership Meeting at Gander Mountain store, Charleston WV 7pm

June 11 - Membership Meeting at Gander Mountain store, Charleston WV 7pm

July 9 - Membership Meeting at Gander Mountain store, Charleston WV 7pm

July 30 to Aug. 3 - Genesis Fellowship Archery Camp at Andrew Jackson Middle School from 6pm to 8pm each night. We need your assistance for this huge ministry event… please mark this down and be an instructor for the whole week.

Aug. 13 - Membership Meeting at Gander Mountain store, Charleston WV 7pm

Sept. 10 - Membership Meeting at Gander Mountain store, Charleston WV 7pm

Sept. 19 - Redhouse United Brethren Church. Set up 5:45pm – shoot at 6:30pm – snack and yak and devotion.

Sept. 20 - Sacred Heart Grade School Outdoor Classroom at Camp Virgil Tate. This is an all-day event starting at 8:30am and going through 3pm. Additional information will be coming

Oct. 8 - Membership Meeting at Gander Mountain store, Charleston WV 7pm

Nov.  - No membership meeting this month due to the holidays and hunting season.

Dec. 10 - AHA Christmas Dinner at Golden Corral in Cross Lanes at 6pm. Bring the family and enjoy!
