The WV Baptist Conference Center – Parchment Valley – is just 3 miles from Interstate 77, but a beautiful, country setting. Many restaurants, Walmart, grocery stores, and hotels are located at that exit. Check www.parchmentvalley.org for further information and to view facilities.
There will be some great prizes for the Coon Shoot and Novelty Shoots, and valuable auction items. Youth in grades 3 – 12 will have a chance to show off their shooting skills and win awards. All participants will use Genesis bows that will be provided. Guest speakers will address those in attendance at the awards ceremony.
Almost Heaven Archers is pleased and excited to announce that avid outdoorsman, musician, song writer, and author, Steve Chapman will be our special guest for the 2013 CBA National Shoot Banquet. Steve and his wife Annie have used their musical and literary gifts to bless thousands for decades. They are West Virginia natives who have travelled the world using their talents for God. They have made their home in Tennessee since 1975. With over 47years of experience as an avid hunter, Steve offers a unique presentation using music, video, and his well-crafted gift of storytelling, to share life-changing insight. Steve says, “everything we do is for the purpose of being an encouragement to the body of Christ.”
